Shipping
Orders
are processed as payment is received. Merchandise in stock normally ships within
1-2 business days. If you have ordered merchandise which requires sizing,
diamond (s) or Moissanite (s) setting or shipping internationally, your
order will normally ship within 5-7 business days.
Delivery
Details:
- We
are able to ship orders within the United States, and its territories (Guam,
Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands) only. Customers requiring international
delivery should contact us for a shipping quote.
- Orders
are shipped to your billing address, unless otherwise specified at the time
the order is placed. For security reasons, if you provide an alternate
shipping address, also provide your billing address and daytime and evening
telephone number for
 confirmation. Both the billing and shipping address
must be verifiable with your Credit Card Company and/or issuing bank.
- Orders
are shipped and insured via Federal Express, or US Postal Service (to APO/FPO
address and US Territories). If any other courier service is requested,
additional shipping charges will apply.
- FedEx
is unable to deliver to a P.O. Box address. A physical street address and a
signature upon receipt is required for delivery.

For international orders please contact
us for a shipping quote. Let us know if you have a carrier preference, if not
we will quote you several options trough the US Postal Service.
 
Warranty
 It
is the aim of Mansfield Designs to be the premier choice for fine quality
jewelry. Mansfield Designs merchandise has a limited 30-day warranty, (eBay sales
have a 7-day return policy) and is guaranteed against defects in manufacturing
and workmanship. This warranty does not, however, apply to items subjected to
excessive wear, abuse, or physical damage whether accidental or otherwise.
Upon
acceptance of delivery, insurance and protection of merchandise becomes the sole
responsibility of the customer, and Mansfield Designs shall not be held liable
for any loss, theft, or resulting damages that may subsequently occur.

Layaway
If you wish to layaway an item(s), simply email us with your
choice(s) (at least $500) and we will send you an invoice via PayPal for minimum
10% down payment. You are responsible to pay the balance within 60 days via
PayPal. A payment is expected once every two weeks. Once the balance is paid in
full, we will ship you the items the next business days. Should you decide to
cancel your layaway during the payment period, a $10.00 cancellation fee
applies, for the paperwork involved. We will refund any balance due to you, less
the $10.00 cancellation fee via PayPal. Special arrangements may be made if you
do not have a PayPal account or you need longer then 60 days. We will send you a
personal link to your layaway account so you can check your balance and monitor
you progress. Whether

Returns and Exchanges
 Items
may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of shipment. (eBay
merchandise is limited to a 7 day return or exchange) The full purchase price of
the item will be refunded to the original form of payment only. Upon receipt of
your return, the merchandise will be inspected by our Quality Control
department. Items not in original condition and/or packaging, showing signs of
wear, or that have been personalized with engraving cannot be accepted for
return.
Step
1.
E-mail us with your reasons for the return to receive a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. You will receive an e-mail telling you the specific
address to send your return. If the return merchandise is shipped to any other
address other than indicated in the email, you will be charged a $50 handling
fee.
Step
2.
Include all original packaging materials. If item was delivered with a Charles
and Covard certificate/warranty, and that certificate is not returned, you will
be charged a $20 replacement fee. If your diamond has a diamond certificate and
it is not returns you will be charge a $75 reprinting fee. The RMA number must
appear on the outside of the package.
For security reasons, do not write "gold', 'diamond', 'moissanite' or
'jewelry' anywhere on the outside of the box.
Step
3.
Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail insured for the total
value of the contents, with return receipt for confirmation that your package
has been received by us.
(FedEx and UPS have maximum liability of $500). Return shipping
costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. If it is determined the item
for return is defective, or not as ordered, Mansfield Designs will reimburse you
for the cost of return shipping. Remember to include a copy of the receipt of
return shipping cost. Failure to do so, may forfeit your right to reimbursement.
Privacy Notice
 We
at Mansfield Designs use our best efforts to respect the privacy of our on-line
visitors and subscribers. We understand your need to appropriately control your
personal information and know when and how such information may be used by us.
Mansfield Designs only gathers personal data, such as name, address, e-mail
address, etc. when voluntarily submitted by a visitor.
If a visitor is just browsing Mansfield Designs Web site, Mansfield Designs does
not gather any personal information about the visitor whatsoever. There are two
ways in which a visitor may explicitly provide and consent to Mansfield Designs

Forms - There maybe some forms that provide the visitor an opportunity to join a
mail list, buy a product, submit a url, a product. book or site review. As part
of the form a visitor maybe asked to provide a name and/or email address. This
information is used to respond to requests and verify submissions to Mansfield
Designs and will not be published without your explicit permission.
Your private information will not be sold, rented, leased, or disclosed in any
manner to any person without your prior consent, unless otherwise required by
law, or except as may be necessary for the performance of Mansfield Designs, for
auditing requirements or as part of regulatory compliance. Also, Mansfield
Designs will release otherwise confidential information to law enforcement
authorities upon receipt of a relevant search warrant or subpoena, and will
respond similarly to a relevant discovery order in a civil litigation setting.
Mansfield Designs also agrees to protect your personal information in a manner
designed to ensure its integrity and to make available to you, following an
appropriate request, any information collected. When necessary, Mansfield
Designs will take reasonable steps to ensure that inaccurate information is
