Limited Warranty for Brilliance & Fire
Charles & Colvard, Ltd. provides consumers a limited warranty that Charles & Colvard created Moissanite® jewel(s) will maintain their brilliance and fire. In the unlikely event these optical properties of brilliance and fire alter in a Charles & Colvard created Moissanite jewel(s), the jewelry, along with the original sales receipt and this warranty card must be returned to the retail place of purchase.

This warranty does not include loss, theft, disappearance or loss of the optical properties of brilliance and fire due to incidental or intentional damage such as scraping, breakage or chipping. This warranty only applies to Charles & Colvard created Moissanite jewel(s). This warranty does not cover the craftsmanship or quality of the jewelry.

While moissanite is extremely durable, it like all fine gemstones, is not indestructible. Therefore, care should be taken to avoid sharp blows when wearing any piece of fine jewelry. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from State to State.
